| This is my collection of genealogical articles, covering both paper trail and genetics. These have a particular focus on royal and other noble ancestry, due to this information being relatively easy to find. They mostly cover houses that I have confirmed or highly likely paper trail from. I do not profess to be an expert in the subject, especially not with regards to genetic genealogy. I am merely a hobbyist. Families:The British Isles, Scandinavia and Western EuropeThe de Boteville/Botevyle/Thynne etc. family- a minor noble family of French origin who have produced several notable figuresEastern Europe, Greece and the BalkansThe Caucasus, Middle East and PersiaThe House of David- the descendants of King David. One of my major interests. Will include subpages on some of the more notable figures in time
The kings of pre-Islamic Persia- Another interest of mine

The Bagratunis- another Armenian royal family which survives to this day in GeorgiaAsiaAfricaThe BLACK roots of the British royal family?!- Some theorise that the British royal family is descended from an Ethiopian princess who married into Byzantine royalty. NOTE: I am neither Afrocentrist nor Eurocentrist. I just find this possible link fascinating
